Change of address. Entertainer Barbara Mandrell is selling her

palatial lakefront estate near Nashville and has bought a 100-acre

property on which she plans to build a log cabin dream house.

"She's always wanted a log cabin and she preaches to me about

them all the time," said Mandrell's mother, Mary Mandrell.

But Mandrell, who is asking $1.25 million for her estate, is not the

only family member trying to sell a lakefront home, family

spokeswoman Jeannie Ghent said Tuesday

Her sister, country singer Louise Mandrell, is trying to sell hers and

reportedly is asking $975,000.

Ghent said Louise hopes to move closer to Nashville to reduce the 45-

minute commute to Music Row, where record industry offices are

located.
